Update on Shipping Delays 

Growing Pains = Patience, Please!  

Shipping and production delays are currently affecting just about everyone right now, and Xyngular is no exception. 

We appreciate your extra patience with us as we work to meet these demands and get you your products as fast as possible.

What You Need to Know:

  • We anticipate most product delays and outages will be resolved by the end of July. This is subject to change and dependent on our manufacturers.
  • We have begun shipping out all orders, including systems, in brown boxes and in multiple shipments as products become available.  
  • If your order ships out in multiple shipments, you will not face additional shipping charges.
  • There will be instances where individual items may arrive before the other items included in your system. For example: you may receive Lean Vanilla ahead of the rest of the products included in your system order.

    • The following products are experiencing delays or are temporarily out-of-stock. 
      If these products are part of a system, the in-stock items will ship ASAP and the delayed products will begin shipping on (or near) the date listed. Product delays will be resolved by the end of July.

** You will receive an automated email confirmation when your order is received and an additional email confirmation when your order ships. If there are multiple shipments, we will send out additional email notifications for each shipment.

Rewards Points And Return Policy:

  • We've extended our regular 45-day money back guarantee to 60 days. Any new inception order placed between May 1st and July 31st have 60 days to return their product should they so choose. 
  • Effective for orders placed May 1–July 31, 2020: If it takes us more than 10 days to ship your product out of our warehouse, we will automatically award your account with 35 bonus Rewards Points.  
  • Points will still be awarded even if part of your kit ships outside of the 10 day window. 
  • Rewards Points will be applied to your account by the 10th of the following month.

  • Rewards Points will be rewarded PER ACCOUNT, not per order. 

When Will My Card Be Charged? 

Your payment will continue to be processed at the time your order is placed.
