Thanks for your patience as we prioritize backorders and elevate our shipping performance
- Orders may ship in multiple shipments from separate warehouses as we balance inventory and bring in products from our manufacturers.
- We'll continue to do our best in being transparent regarding any additional manufacturing/shipping delays in the foreseeable future.
- You will not face additional shipping charges if your order ships in multiple shipments.
- You will receive an automated email confirmation when your order is received and an additional email confirmation when your order ships.
- If there are multiple shipments, we will send out additional email notifications for each shipment.
- Xyngular Systems are experiencing some shipping delays. Products have arrived to our warehouse and crews are working to build and ship systems as quickly as possible.
- Shine and Probiotix are also experiencing low inventory and possible shipping delays.
- For Canada only: orders that ship outside of our traditional 10-day window in the months of August and September will be awarded an additional 35 Rewards points. Points will be rewarded per account, and not per order. Points will be manually awarded to qualifying accounts by October 12th, 2020.
